Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you cancel your order during the conversion process your tapes will be returned and you will be charged for the number of tapes converted at the time of cancelation. These digital videos of the tapes charged can still be provided to you if you wish.

If you encounter a problem with your converted digital file please contact us we will try to re-convert at no cost. If unable to convert the tape/s will be refunded.

Refunds

Contact us directly if you would have a concern that may prompt a refund. We will approach the circumstance of each situation with the intent to remedy any issues. If we are unable to a refund may be provided for the products (i.e. all tapes, CDs, and DVDs) impacted.

If a refund is provided, it will be processed through the original method of payment within five working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
