Refunds and Customer Satisfaction
If you cancel your order during the conversion process your tapes will be returned and you will be charged for the number of tapes converted at the time of cancelation. These tapes can still be provided to you if you wish.
If you encounter a problem with your converted digital file please contact us and we will try to re-convert or amend the problem at no cost. If unable to convert the tape/s will be refunded.
Payments
When purchasing online, payment is via either bank account transfer or card payment.
When ordering directly over email, we’re happy for you to pay when you’re happy with the results, although must be done within 30 days of receiving the invoice (as specified on the invoice).
What Counts as a Successful Conversion
Tapes are individually charged for if they are successfully converted. Tapes are regarded as a successful conversion if they contain any video or audio. Tapes that are completely blank (no video or audio) are not charged for and are regarded as unsuccessful conversions.
