Welcome to VHS to Digital. By accessing or using our website vhstodigital.co.nz and purchasing products through our WooCommerce store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed through WooCommerce.
  • Payments are processed via Stripe or Bank Transfer. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
  • When ordering directly over email, we’re happy for you to pay when you’re happy with the results, although must be done within 30 days of receiving the invoice (as specified on the invoice).

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs, methods, and delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • If you cancel your order during the conversion process your tapes will be returned and you will be refunded 50% of the payment made.
  • If you encounter a problem with your converted digital file please contact us and we will try to re-convert at no cost. If unable to convert the tape/s will be refunded.

6. User Accounts

  • Creating an account is optional but recommended for order tracking.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Privacy

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment information is securely processed via Stripe; we do not store full credit card details.
